The battle is already won.

Welcome to Caffeinated Christianity. We are a site dedicated to one mission: Knowing Christ and Reflecting Christ. Our goal here at Caffeinated Christianity is very simple. The role of the Christian in the world is to glorify God in all things and through all things. We want to help every believer lead a Christ-centered life. Here on our site, we are dedicated to creating content that helps the believer fulfill God’s will for their life and pursue the righteous cause of the Great Commission. Our content is also meant to share the Gospel News that Christ came as the atoning sacrifice for sins. None of us are qualified. None of it is high quality. All of it is carefully and prayerfully crafted to reflect Christ Jesus and nothing else. We want to be the light, for “the light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.” — John 1:5

  • What Makes Us Happy

I hear this saying all the time: โ€œDo what is best for you,โ€ and โ€œDo what makes you happy,โ€ and I always just kind of thought that was normal and good. I never really thought otherwise because it is my life right? Well, maybe that is a misconception I had. Did I really know the Read more

  • The Unforgivable Sin

Just from reading the title of this one, your immediate reaction may have been, โ€œWait, I thought God can forgive anyone for anything?!โ€ At least, that is what mine was a few years ago when I heard this. And upon deeper thought, is there really something that God, all-loving and all-knowing, could not ever see Read more

  • I’ve been a pastor for one year, and here is what I have learned.

Sunday, March 20th, was “officially” my one year anniversary at my current church as the associate pastor (or youth pastor, really). And let me tell you– it’s been awesome. There are so many things I could say, so many stories I could tell, so many people I could thank. I keep a certain level of Read more

  • God designed us to feel lonely

While I sit here and write this, it’s Sunday. My wife of a little over 6 months has been gone for a couple days. She went back to her hometown to spend some time with her folks. So, for a couple of days, it’s been just me at the house. I have taken this time Read more

  • Are you a perfectionist? Maybe, you should be.

Perfection can be a tricky thing. Typically, we love to use the old adage, “Well, God knows I’m not perfect.” But as Christians, should we be perfect? Is perfection even something that can be obtained? Does God care when I mess up? How does Jesus tie into this? Let’s discuss this because as followers of Read more

  • Bank Robberies, Salvation, and free gifts

Salvation is a beautiful thing– the greatest of all gifts. But the reality of it… that is, at the very least, hard to grasp sometimes. ย  I kept asking myself: what if I forgot something? What if I didnโ€™t say the right things? What if Jesus doesnโ€™t think I am being sincere enough? What if Read more
